Heartland Announces the Appointment of Wendy Rollstin as Chief Financial Officer
Wendy Rollstin is a powerhouse financial leader with deep experience in fast-moving, high-growth industries. She’s helped companies scale, strategize, and secure capital—and now she brings that energy and expertise to Heartland as CFO.
“Wendy’s financial expertise comes at a pivotal time for Heartland,” said Mauricio (Mo) Vargas, CEO. “Her capital raising experience will be essential as we scale our Build-Own-Operate model to support landfills, coal power plants, wastewater utilities, and industrial customers in the leachate and PFAS remediation markets.”
Wendy is known for her strategic insight, operational excellence, and ability to drive results through periods of change and growth.
At BayoTech, Wendy played a pivotal role in shaping company strategy, scaling operations, and securing more than $160 million in equity investments. Her career also includes CFO roles at EXAGEN, VP & Controller at Media One, and founding Vector B Consulting, where she guided growth-stage companies through complex transitions.
